EP Rush (“uygulama”), BlueBytes (“biz”) tarafından geliştirilmiştir. Bu politika, uygulamayı kullanırken hangi verilerin işlendiğini açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursun.
Topladığımız veriler
- Cihaz kimliği (yerel): Uygulama, açılışta cihazında rastgele bir kimlik üretip yerel olarak saklar ve bununla otomatik bir misafir hesabı oluşturur. Kayıt, parola veya gerçek e-posta gerekmez.
- Kullanıcı adı: Seçtiğin oyuncu adı; liderlik tablolarında ve çok oyunculu maçlarda herkese açık görünür.
- Oyun verileri: Bölüm süreleri, skorlar, dereceli (ELO) puanı ve anti-hile/“hayalet” tekrarı için girdi kayıtları sunucularımızda saklanır.
- Çok oyunculu: Gerçek zamanlı yarışlarda konum/ilerleme verisi diğer oyunculara aktarılır. Ağ bağlantısı gereği IP adresin sunucuya ulaşır (standart internet işleyişi).
- Satın alma: İsteğe bağlı “Prism” kostümü satın alımı Apple üzerinden yapılır; ödeme bilgilerini biz görmez/saklamayız. Sahiplik yalnızca cihazında yerel olarak tutulur.
- Reklamlar: Uygulama Google AdMob geçiş reklamları içerir. AdMob, reklam sunmak için reklam kimliği gibi verileri kendi politikası uyarınca işleyebilir.
Konum, rehber, fotoğraf, mikrofon veya hassas kişisel veri toplamıyoruz.

Veri kullanımı ve saklama
Verileri yalnızca oyunun işlemesi için kullanırız: liderlik tabloları, dereceli eşleştirme, hayalet tekrarları ve hile önleme. Verilerini üçüncü taraflara satmayız. Hesap verilerini, ilgili işlev gerekli olduğu sürece saklarız.
Çocukların gizliliği
Uygulama genel izleyiciye yöneliktir. Bilerek 13 yaş altı çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamayız. Bir çocuğun verisinin işlendiğini düşünüyorsan bizimle iletişime geç, silelim.
Haklarını kullanma / silme
Oyuncu adını ve ilişkili skor verilerini silmemizi istemek için info@bluebytes.com.tr adresine yaz. Cihaz kimliği yerel olduğundan, uygulamayı silmek yerel verini de kaldırır.
Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz; güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır.

EP Rush (“the app”) is developed by BlueBytes (“we”). This policy explains what data is processed when you use the app. By using the app you agree to this policy.
Data we collect
- Device identifier (local): On first launch the app generates a random identifier stored locally on your device and creates an automatic guest account with it. No sign-up, password or real email is required.
- Username: The player name you choose is shown publicly on leaderboards and in multiplayer matches.
- Gameplay data: Level times, scores, ranked (ELO) rating and input logs (for anti-cheat and “ghost” replays) are stored on our servers.
- Multiplayer: In real-time races, position/progress data is shared with other players. As with any network connection, your IP address reaches the server (standard internet operation).
- Purchases: The optional “Prism” skin purchase is processed by Apple; we never see or store payment details. Ownership is kept only locally on your device.
- Ads: The app shows Google AdMob interstitial ads. AdMob may process data such as advertising identifiers to serve ads, under its own policy.
We do not collect location, contacts, photos, microphone or sensitive personal data.

Use & retention
We use data only to run the game: leaderboards, ranked matchmaking, ghost replays and anti-cheat. We do not sell your data. We retain account data for as long as the related feature requires.
Children’s privacy
The app targets a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child’s data was processed, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights / deletion
To request deletion of your username and associated score data, email info@bluebytes.com.tr. Because the device identifier is local, deleting the app also removes your local data.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is published on this page.
